Who operates this site

Products and pricing

I sell giclée fine-art prints. Prices are shown in the selected currency (e.g. GBP) and include carbon-neutral shipping where stated. I reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices; if an error affects your order, I will contact you before taking payment or fulfilling it.

Product images are representative; actual prints may vary slightly in colour due to screens and printing.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. I accept payment via Stripe (card and other methods offered at checkout). Payment is taken at checkout. I will confirm your order by email. I may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. if the product is unavailable, or in case of suspected fraud or error).

I do not store your card details; payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your use of the site and checkout is also subject to Stripe's terms where applicable.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are indicative (e.g. 1–2 weeks within the UK, 2–3 weeks internationally). I am not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address; I cannot be held responsible for orders lost or misdelivered due to incorrect details.

Returns and refunds

My Returns & Refunds page explains your rights. Returns and full refunds (including for defective items) are available within 14 days of delivery as described there. By placing an order you agree to those return terms.

Use of the website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to transmit harmful or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with the site or other users.

All content on this site (including text, images, and artwork) is owned by Andrea Diotallevi or licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from any order. My total liability in connection with any order or these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer in another country, in which case you may also have rights under your local law.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your use and orders. Continued use of the site or placement of a new order after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
